This has been my favorite book since I first read it in 6th grade. I remember reading it on a roadtrip from Wisconsin to Mexico (one my family took every year for winter break). I love this book very dearly. It taught me that if a boy ever gifts you an orange it's probably b/c he's in love with you.

This is a recent addition to my list of favorites, but oh my god, it changed my life. I had to read this for one of my college courses, but I've read it countless times ever since. Pro tip: don't watch the movie if you loved the book. I love Andrew Garfield as much as the next girl, but the movie did not do this masterpiece justice.

Pablo Neruda has a way of writing that just soothes my soul. My current favorite poem from here is "Sonnet XVII."
